If you excel at building relationships in the field, understand drilling and completions chemistry, and want to join a global organization where your work truly moves the needle, this is the role.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of a major revenue portfolio, selling advanced polymers and performance additives used across the upstream oil & gas lifecycle. From drilling fluids to completion chemistries, you'll lead growth efforts, deepen strategic accounts, and open new doors across the Energy sector.

This is a visible, autonomous, market-facing role with strong executive support.

What You’ll Tackle

· Grow and manage a multimillion-dollar book of business

· Drive sales of technical chemistries used in drilling, mud systems, stimulation, brines, and completions

· Develop new business across key operators, service companies, and engineering groups

· Lead pricing discussions, commercial strategy, contracts, and long-term agreements

· Translate customer needs into product insights, helping guide future development

· Strengthen relationships through frequent travel—especially to Houston and major basins

· Represent a trusted global brand known for reliability and technical excellence

What You Bring

· 7–10+ years in upstream Oil & Gas, with hands-on exposure to drilling or completions chemistry-ESSENTIAL

· Strong track record in technical sales, business development, or account management

· Ability to operate independently and thrive in a global, cross-functional environment

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Chemistry, or related; business considered with strong industry background)

· Willingness to travel 50%+
