Description Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients by implementing and developing SEO strategies to enhance their online visibility. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with an estimated commitment of 20-40 hours per month, depending on client needs. Responsibilities: Implement targeted SEO tactics as directed by account leads to support client objectives. Perform website audits, optimize site structures, and implement schema markup to improve search engine performance. Develop and execute keyword research and content optimization strategies to align with client goals. Utilize tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Create detailed performance reports and communicate results to account leads. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution across multiple client accounts. Apply AI-driven SEO techniques and generative optimization strategies to enhance client outcomes. Develop full-scale SEO strategies for select clients when requested, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new approaches to maintain competitive advantage. Requirements A minimum of 7 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of success across multiple clients. Expertise in AI-driven optimization and generative engine optimization strategies. Advanced proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MozLocal, GA4, and Google Search Console. Strong technical skills, including experience with schema markup and basic JavaScript for SEO implementation. Demonstrated ability to execute SEO strategies effectively, not just plan them. Experience managing SEO efforts across diverse client portfolios. Exceptional communication and time management skills to ensure timely delivery of work. Preferred qualifications include agency experience, Google Analytics certifications, and knowledge of Python or automation scripting. Innovation starts with people.
