Project Manager

Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is partnering with a local nonprofit seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead the development and execution of their integrated marketing go-to-market (GTM) strategy and annual planning process. This is a rare opportunity to build a fully integrated planning framework from the ground up. In this visible, high-impact role, you will partner directly with integrated marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to establish, implement, and embed new strategy and planning rhythms across the marketing organization. Role: Project Manager Duration: 12-24 weeks Location: Remote Hours per week: 40, Pacific Time Target start date: Early January Responsibilities

• Manage multiple integrated marketing workstreams, deadlines, and interdependencies throughout the planning cycle.
• Collaborate with senior marketing leadership and agency partners to drive adoption and alignment.
• Track project progress, surface risks, and proactively resolve barriers to success.
• Lead change management activities, including designing and executing comprehensive stakeholder communication plans.
• Develop documentation and frameworks to support ongoing process effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level project management experience, leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Marketing expertise, including a deep understanding of integrated campaigns, go-to-market strategy, and marketing operations.
• Demonstrated experience driving successful change management initiatives within marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and remote-collaboration skills.
• Comfort operating in a meeting-heavy, cross-functional culture: Expect daily collaboration with senior directors, frequent interaction with VPs, and partnerships with external agencies.
• Experience working independently with established project management software.
• Strategic thinker who balances high-level vision and tactical execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and managing change empathetically.
