WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO
- Support: Respond quickly and thoughtfully to user questions, feedback, and issues via in-app chat, email, and social channels.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve account, billing, and subscription questions across App Store, RevenueCat, and Stripe.
- Knowledge Building: Help maintain FAQs, support docs, and internal processes so answers are clear and consistent.
- Community Support: Engage with users in community spaces (likely Discord), keeping discussions welcoming, supportive, and on-topic.
- Feedback Loop: Share insights from user conversations to the product and growth teams so improvements can be continuously made.
WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Approaches customer challenges with empathy, patience, and practical problem-solving.
- Is familiar with subscription apps and support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Stripe, Discord a plus).
- Is comfortable juggling multiple support tickets without losing accuracy or care.
- Collaborates well with fast-moving teams while keeping operations tight.
- Is curious and comfortable using AI tools to move faster.
STRONGEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
- Experience at a consumer app in wellness, productivity, or education (think Calm, Headspace, Strava, Finch, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Customer.io, PostHog, Stripe, Discord.
- Ability to spot trends in support tickets and propose fixes or improvements.
- Curiosity about personal growth, coaching, or wellness tools.
