Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to drive ticket sales for our tours. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who want to earn extra income with complete flexibility. The role is performance-driven, with commission on each ticket sold and bonuses for meeting achievable sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jax Tours tickets through personal networks, community connections, and social media platforms.
• Achieve and exceed established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Leverage community groups, organizations, and events to expand ticket sales reach.
• Represent the Jax Tours brand with professionalism and passion for Jacksonville.
• Optional - Tour Guide position (pay per tour + keep all tips!)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Social media presence or the ability to utilize digital platforms for promotion preferred.
• Prior sales or marketing experience is helpful, but not required.
• A genuine passion for Jacksonville and its community.
