Job DescriptionLocation: Remote (Limited Travel) The Director/Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will be responsible for leading all revenue operations in support of Intuitive Health’s Growth team. This role will start as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build this department out as the business needs expand. In addition, this person will coordinate closely with Marketing and Market Intelligence resources to align efforts and support growth. This person will work proactively to create the conditions for our go-to-market team that will drive increased revenue growth through the delivery of processes and tools to make the team more effective and detailed analyses that make the team smarter. They will need to work at a strategic level to identify opportunities that will improve operations across our revenue teams and work at a tactical level, putting the systems and tools in place to accurately measure the entire revenue lifecycle (sales, marketing and customer success). Ultimately this role leads the effort to provide the processes, tools and insights that will enable the revenue teams to make better decisions. Responsibilities Include
- Ensure that the company’s sales, marketing and customer success teams have the data, processes, and systems required to operate at their best, through strategic design as well as hands-on systems administration and improvement efforts.
- Develop and document the business processes that the revenue teams (marketing, sales, customer support) will utilize to work prospects through the buyer’s journey.
- Set up the overall framework to measure performance within the go-to-market organization, including the definition of the metrics, reporting, and meeting cadences to review and forecast the business.
- Deliver accurate reporting that gives a clear picture of our sales and marketing funnel and do so in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Analyze the sales and marketing funnel and proactively provide insights into changes as well as recommended actions to improve performance.
- Support the curation and execution of our go-to-market playbook including management of customized pre- and post-sales partner roadmaps.
- Work cross functionally with the leaders of sales, marketing, CS, and finance when identifying and implementing opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- 7-10 years of Experience working within a Revenue Operations function with a middle-market/enterprise sales cycle.
- Prior experience working in a growth stage company, PE-backed experience a plus.
- Ability to work at both a strategic level to build out the plans for our revenue systems and at a tactical level to drive flawless execution.
- Proven leadership delivering core Revenue Operations processes including territory planning, compensation design and comp plan rollout, forecasting, sales enablement, pipeline management, etc., with a clear understanding of industry and tooling best practices.
- Extremely process oriented and experienced working in process mapping software such as Miro or Lucid.
- Outstanding analytical skills – very comfortable working with and analyzing data sets and finding what matters.
- Extensive experience working in Salesforce and a clear understanding of sales force reporting.
- Experience working across key tools in a typical sales and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Excellent collaboration and strategic influencing skills.
- Experience spearheading process improvement efforts.
