This role is 32/hour a week Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, eLearning, web-based, mobile, and blended learning environments.
- Create visually compelling facilitator guides, learner manuals, presentations, job aids, and supporting educational materials.
- Build comprehensive curricula, including pre-work, post-training resources, case studies, and reference libraries.
- Partner with subject matter experts to storyboard, design, and produce instructional content from concept through final delivery.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and branded communication materials.
- Design responsive learning interfaces, wireframes, and mockups for digital learning experiences.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and multimedia assets that enhance learner engagement.
- Capture, edit, and produce photography, audio, and video content for training initiatives.
- Perform video post-production, editing, asset organization, and media archiving.
- Utilize SharePoint and other content management systems to publish and maintain learning resources.
- Ensure all deliverables align with organizational branding, accessibility, and instructional design best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Instructional Design, Computer Art, Web Design, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in instructional design, creative design, or multimedia development.
- Experience designing curriculum and educational content from concept to delivery.
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Experience creating presentation materials, facilitator guides, participant manuals, and learning resources.
- Background developing instructional content for healthcare finance or healthcare-related audiences.
- Experience creating polished visuals that simplify complex concepts.
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Workday Learning
- Articulate Storyline
- Adobe Captivate
- Adobe After Effects
- Cinema 4D, Maya, or other 3D design software
- HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Photography and advanced photo retouching
- Audio and video production/editing using Adobe applications
- Motion graphics and animation
- Responsive web and interface design
