Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract People Ops Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities:

● Process and manage I-9 verifications and maintain compliance with employment eligibility requirements

● Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses

● Support HRIS data entry and maintenance, including employee lifecycle changes (hires, transfers, terminations)

● Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records and documentation

● Assist with audits, reporting, and other People Operations initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

● 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field

● Hands-on experience with an HRIS system (specifically Workday)

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information

● Excellent communication and customer service skills

● Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $30 - $40/h+

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
