The Role
**
We are hiring a Senior Talent Manager to join our remote team and lead strategy and representation for a growing roster of creators.
This role is for someone who already works in the creator economy as a talent manager and is ready to operate at a senior level inside a highly intentional, creator-first company.
You will own creator relationships, manage negotiations, drive brand partnerships, and help shape how IGM continues to grow.

What You Will Do
• Lead full-cycle creator representation and career
strategy
• Negotiate brand partnerships, contracts, usage, and compensation
• Manage brand and agency relationships on behalf of creators
• Identify and pitch new partnership and revenue opportunities
• Advise creators on positioning, content direction, and long-term growth
• Review performance metrics and campaign results to guide future strategy
• Collaborate with internal team members on pitching, operations, and deal tracking
• Contribute to improving internal systems, workflows, and best practices

Who This Role Is For
• You currently work (or have recently worked) as a talent manager in the creato
r economy
• You have hands-on experience negotiating influencer and brand partnership contracts
• You are comfortable owning creator relationships and leading deal conversations independently
• You understand how creators build real careers, not just one-off campaigns
• You bring strong relationships, communication skills, and professional judgment
• You care deeply about fair pay, creator protection, and equity in this industry
