Collections Attorneys

Our client, a premier legal staffing agency, seeks two (2) experienced collections attorneys to work on a contract basis to register and collect on foreign judgments in the states of California (Los Angeles area) and Delaware, respectively. Optimal candidates will have at least three years (3+) of collections experience, including prior experience collecting on foreign judgments, and will be intimately familiar with collections procedures in the states of California and Delaware, as applicable, depending upon their licensure. The California collections attorney must be licensed and in good standing in the state of California. The Delaware collections attorney must be licensed and in good standing in the state of Delaware. The employment will be W-9 employment. The work is locally remote in Los Angeles, California, and Delaware, respectively. The contract rate is $150/hr.
