The Role
- Lead and implement assigned technology initiatives from business requirements through to execution and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and charters, defining project goals, tasks, and resource needs.
- Ensure business value realization, optimizing outcomes through business case development and identifying technology opportunities.
- Analyze executive vision, market trends, and user needs to select appropriate technical solution options.
- Translate business strategy into detailed product requirements, system architecture, and implementation plans.
- Manage project budget, resource allocation, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Expert knowledge and application of various software development life cycles and techniques (e.g., waterfall and agile).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple phases of a project plan.
- Customer-oriented approach in managing communications and issues.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organizational structure and build rapport as a strategic partner.
- PMP/PMI-ACP/Scrum Master/Agile Methodology certification preferred.
