  • Model the economics of converting existing infrastructure capacity to GPU capacity, including conversion costs and site sequencing.
  • Build and maintain site-level cash needs and capital-timing models that inform Direct Procurement's CapEx planning.
  • Develop data center TCO models and analyses that provide visibility into cost drivers, assumptions, and financial tradeoffs.

  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Direct Procurement, and Finance stakeholders to translate technical and operational inputs into rigorous financial analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and scale financial models, assumptions, and planning processes as infrastructure needs evolve.
  • Deliver clear, decision-ready analysis while adapting quickly as inputs, priorities, and business needs change.

  • Experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, strategic finance, infrastructure finance, FinOps, or a similarly analytical finance environment.
  • Experience with unit economics, cost forecasting, TCO, capital planning, investment analysis, or business case modeling.
  • Able to quickly understand complex business and technical concepts and translate them into structured financial models and actionable insights.

  • High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and accountability for the quality and accuracy of financial analysis.
  • Strong cross-functional partner who can work effectively with both finance and technical stakeholders.
  • Able to communicate complex financial analysis clearly and concisely to a range of audiences.
  • Experience with hardware, data centers, infrastructure, semiconductors, or another capital-intensive industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Curious and adaptable, with the ability to develop fluency in unfamiliar technical and operational domains.
