Title: Full Desk (360) Recruiter

Industry: Staffing & Recruiting

Location: Ideal candidate MUST sit in EST or CST time zones (Remote role) or NYC (ideal)Compensation: $65k - $80k + competitive commission structure

Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Summer Fridays)

Experience Level: Seeking 2-5 years exp. as a 360 Recruiter who handles both talent delivery AND business development in the Information Technology/Technical space.

Green Key Resources is looking for a Full Desk 360 Recruiter to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships within the information technology/technical sector. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, staffing solutions, and recruitment strategies to support talent acquisition needs. Our team is currently made up of 19 recruiters/BDs/AMs, and we are looking to add experienced full desk recruiters from the IT staffing and consulting industry to help continue growing our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Full life-cycle of recruiting of technical professionals for contract and direct hire roles (both talent delivery AND sales/business development
  • Maintain a network of clients utilizing Salesforce
  • Maintain and grow client database by selling consulting and permanent hiring opportunities.
  • Network, cold call, and conduct virtual/in-person meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Quantify business relationships with key decision makers/hiring managers within targeted accounts.
  • Analyze information technology and technical staffing trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
  • Drive revenue by negotiating contracts, securing staffing agreements, and expanding service offerings
  • Work closely with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies
  • Collecting and analyzing data to improve all hiring processes
  • Coordinating with team leaders to assess new hiring needs and goals

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Previous selling/business development experience (required for 360 recruiters) - 4 to 10 years+ preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Shown success working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
