What you'll do
- Be one of the first engineering hires shaping the technical DNA of a company built to define its category
- Architect core systems and infrastructure from scratch — no legacy code, no baggage, just a blank canvas and a huge opportunity
- Work directly with the founders on the highest-leverage technical decisions the company will ever make
- Move fast, ship constantly, and see your work in the hands of real customers within days, not quarters
- Help build and shape the engineering culture and hiring bar as the team scales from a handful of engineers to dozens
What you bring
- 4+ years building and shipping production software at a high level
- A bias toward action — you'd rather ship something today and iterate than spend weeks planning
- Strong full-stack or backend engineering skills, with the versatility to work across the stack when needed
- A genuine hunger to build something meaningful, not just collect a paycheck
Nice to have
- Startup experience, ideally at an early stage where you wore multiple hats
- Comfort with ambiguity — you thrive when the roadmap isn't fully written yet
- A portfolio, GitHub, or side projects that show us how you think, not just what you've done
- Strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, ideally from a highly-regarded program
