Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact enterprise HR technology integration initiative. If you thrive on bringing order to complex, multi-system projects and can hit the ground running in a new environment — this could be your next role.
About the Role
You'll drive the integration of complex HR systems into a connected, enterprise-wide talent ecosystem — coordinating across technical and business stakeholders to keep timelines, risks, and dependencies on track. This isn't a role for someone who needs hand-holding: we need a PM who can walk into a new tech environment and own it from day one.
HR systems experience is a plus, but what matters most is your track record managing complex system or application integrations — the platform is secondary to the skill.

🔹 PM experience on systems/application integration initiatives
🔹 Track record managing complex, enterprise-level tech projects
🔹 Ability to ramp up fast with minimal training or oversight
🔹 Strong grip on risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
🔹 Comfort working fluidly between technical and business stakeholders
🔹 Sharp organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
⭐ Nice-to-Haves
🔹 Experience with HRIS, HR tech, or talent management systems
🔹 Multi-platform enterprise integration experience
🔹 Background in HR systems transformation or consolidation projects
🔹 PMP certification
🔹 Bachelor's degree
What You'll Do
✔️ Own enterprise-level systems integration projects end to end
✔️ Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk logs
✔️ Coordinate across technical teams and business stakeholders
✔️ Flag risks and obstacles before they become blockers
✔️ Translate between technical and non-technical audiences
✔️ Support integration of multiple HR systems into one connected ecosystem
