Contract Details • Position Type: Contract • Contract Duration: 12+ months • Start Date: ASAP • Pay Rate: $70-$85/hour

Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst to join a cross-functional digital transformation team. This role is critical in capturing business needs, designing user experiences, and driving enhancements to enterprise platforms with a primary focus on Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, and surveys • Develop user stories, wireframes, workflows, and AS-IS/TO-BE process documentation • Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendor partners • Facilitate and participate in UAT and system testing coordination • Guide and review work of junior analysts or team members

Required Experience • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems design • Strong Salesforce experience (functional, not admin/developer) • Background in B2B operations and ERP integration mapping • Agile/Scrum project delivery exposure

Nice-to-Have Experience • Manufacturing or construction industry domain knowledge • Google Suite and Lucidchart familiarity • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud

Required Skills • Functional Salesforce analysis • Cross-functional collaboration • UAT facilitation • Business process modeling • Data mapping and workflow analysis • Experience with Jira and SDLC

Preferred Skills • CBAP or equivalent certification • Wireframe/mockup design • Vendor management and IT standards adherence

Additional Skills • Excellent stakeholder communication (including C-suite) • Strong analytical and time management skills • Relationship-building across departments • Self-driven with high attention to detail
