Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Account Manager at GTS. The Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients while ensuring efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, coordinating logistics operations, identifying and resolving issues, and proactively addressing clients' needs. The role requires maintaining regular communication with customers, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Must have an existing book of business that can be brought over
Strong account management and client relationship skills, including exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience with logistics, transportation, and supply chain management, preferably in relevant industries such as automotive or retail.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in using logistics and customer relationship management (CRM) software tools.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
