What You Will Do (The Playbook)
- Execute Marketing & Client Acquisition Strategies: Drive brand awareness and build local relationships using our modern educational marketing platform.
- Recruit & Scout: Actively build, mentor, and scale your own team of financial educators.
- Coach & Develop: Run training sessions, analyze performance data, and help your team members hit their career goals.
- Consult: Analyze client goals to design winning game plans for debt reduction, investments, and wealth protection.

Position Requirements
- Background in Athletics, Sales, Marketing, Coaching, or Leadership is highly preferred.
- Strong desire to learn client acquisition, personal branding, and sales systems.
- Must pass a background check and state license exam.
- 18+ years old and a U.S. citizen.
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
