Job Title: Ecommerce Solution Architect

Location: Rosemont, IL (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Solution Architect with deep expertise in MarTech, Digital Commerce, Promotions, and Personalization platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architectures, connecting business requirements across multiple enterprise systems, and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions that support digital commerce and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end solution architecture across MarTech, Digital Commerce, Promotions, and Personalization ecosystems.

Connect and translate business requirements across multiple platforms and enterprise systems.

Design and implement scalable, API-first, cloud-native architectures.

Lead integration efforts across eCommerce, CRM, CDP/Data Cloud, Marketing Automation, CMS, ERP, and Order Management systems.

Develop and govern customer, product, pricing, and promotion data models.

Evaluate platform options and provide recommendations based on business fit, scalability, integration complexity, and cost.

Design complex enterprise integrations supporting customer engagement, promotions, and digital commerce initiatives.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive architecture strategy and implementation.

Required Skills

Strong experience in MarTech platforms.

Strong experience in Digital Commerce platforms.

Strong experience with Promotions and Personalization platforms.

Deep understanding of customer, product, pricing, and promotion data models.

Hands-on experience integrating:

eCommerce platforms

CRM systems

CDP/Data Cloud platforms

Marketing Automation platforms

CMS platforms

ERP systems

Order Management systems

Experience with promotion engines and trade promotion platforms, including:

Salesforce Promotions

Vistex

Blue Yonder

Adobe

Similar enterprise promotion platforms

Strong knowledge of:

Personalization

Customer segmentation

Offer management

Campaign orchestration

Experience designing API-first architectures.

Experience with cloud-native solutions and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Solution Architect within eCommerce, MarTech, Digital Commerce, Promotions, or Personalization domains.

Ability to define and deliver enterprise-wide architecture solutions across multiple interconnected systems.

Strong stakeholder communication and solution-design capabilities.
