Senior Construction Project Manager - AI Data Center Delivery

We're hiring for a Neocloud building multi-gigawatt-scale data centers - multiple sites running concurrently with a maximum trust environment.

This is a construction leadership role - You'll own the master schedule from mobilization to turnover, run the budget and change-order process end to end, and be the single point of accountability for delivery.

Please note, this is a remote role however there is significant travel expected - 80% travel.

What you'll own:

• Integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning (P6 / MS Project)
• Project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance - weekly earned-value reporting
• Phase-gate and design reviews, RACI ownership, full contract lifecycle from RFP to close-out
• Long-lead and critical-path risk (transformers, chillers, switchgear) — you flag it and drive the fix
• Cross-functional delivery teams - PMs, construction managers, superintendents

What we're looking for:

• Senior-level construction PM experience, ideally on large, technically complex, multi-site programs
• Comfort owning budget and schedule with real accountability, not just tracking status
• Someone who wants to build the playbook, not follow one
• Someone who wants to work without red-tape and bureaucracy.
