This position exists to remove these obstacles and transform construction into a reliable, scalable system. You will be present on-site driving project completion. Managing contractor coordination. Maintaining schedule discipline. Addressing sequencing problems before they cascade into delays. Simultaneously, you will leverage AI and digital platforms to minimize manual overhead, increase transparency, and improve delivery velocity. This is active, interventional project management. You are the individual who intervenes when schedules drift and restores momentum. What You Will Be Doing

• Manage on-site construction workflows, collaborating directly with contractors to ensure proper work sequencing and adherence to timelines
• Control and enforce project schedules, monitoring milestones, surfacing risks proactively, and implementing corrective measures when slippage occurs
• Employ platforms such as Procore, Asana, or MS Project to oversee task execution, document control, and progress visibility across live projects
• Facilitate permitting processes by monitoring submissions, addressing reviewer feedback, and aligning stakeholders to advance approvals
• Deploy AI-driven tools to expedite planning, documentation, and decision workflows, cutting manual labor and enhancing execution velocity

• Monitoring project dashboards passively without stepping in when timelines begin to slip
• Overseeing projects from a distance without grasping field conditions and trade sequencing realities
• Depending on legacy, manual methods for progress tracking or team communication
• Sidestepping challenging discussions with contractors or stakeholders when deadlines are threatened
• Delaying action on emerging issues while waiting for complete information

Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities Ensure on-time completion of school construction projects through hands-on site coordination, rigorous schedule enforcement, and enhanced velocity and reliability via digital tools and AI. Basic Requirements

• Proven experience delivering U.S. construction projects, including field coordination, contractor oversight, or schedule management
• Track record of owning project timelines, monitoring milestones, holding deadlines, and executing recovery plans after delays
• Working proficiency with digital project-management platforms such as Procore, Asana, or MS Project, with consistent task and documentation discipline
• Experience making trade-sequencing decisions that directly impacted project timelines
• Hands-on participation in U.S. permitting processes, including submissions, plan reviews, revisions, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction
• Verified application of AI tools to speed up planning, analysis, documentation, or another tangible work function, including output validation
• Effective problem-solving under ambiguous construction conditions and ability to establish collaborative relationships with contractors, suppliers, and external parties
• Receptiveness to candid feedback and willingness to iterate quickly
• Capacity and willingness to be on-site at least three days per week and travel approximately 60% within the United States as project demands require
• Based in the United States with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship
