-experience embedding AI into CMS-driven applications such as Drupal

-strong GCP expertise (AWS acceptable if adaptable to GCP)

-experience in marketing technology or customer-facing digital experiences

-excellent communication with product, business, and stakeholder teams

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading the implementation of AI solutions in web, digital, or marketing technology environments.

Experience embedding AI capabilities into CMS-driven applications, ideally Drupal or comparable enterprise content platforms.

Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for AI solution development; AWS experience is acceptable if the candidate can transition quickly to GCP.

Experience designing and delivering conversational AI, chatbots, intelligent widgets, or other AI-driven user experiences.

Experience with at least one real-world GenAI / Agent-based AI project deployed to production.

Understanding of AI agents, with hands-on experience using at least one agent framework (e.g., LangGraph, ADK).

Strong software engineering and integration skills, including APIs, cloud services, system design, and deployment practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead delivery in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity under compressed timelines.
