About the Role
We are seeking an execution-focused Marketing Associate with 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a b2b SaaS company. Even better would be experience supporting universities, research institutions, innovation organizations, or EdTech/SaaS companies.
The ideal candidate has b2b SaaS experience marketing independently executing campaigns, content, events, sales assets, and marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute email, digital, social, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Support lead nurturing and customer engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Sales & Product Marketing
- Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and customer-facing assets.
- Support product launches and translate product value into clear marketing messaging.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support pipeline and customer retention.
Content & Brand
- Create blogs, newsletters, case studies, customer stories, social content, and video content.
- Manage and update website content.
- Support thought leadership and customer advocacy initiatives.
Events & Community
- Support conferences, webinars, and industry events from promotion through follow-up.
- Build engagement within the higher education, research, and innovation ecosystem.
- Support relationships with industry organizations and partners.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and project workflows.
- Track marketing and engagement metrics and report on performance.
- Use marketing technology, CRM, email, webinar, and analytics platforms to execute and measure programs.
- 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, higher education, research, or technology.
- Experience marketing to or supporting universities, research institutions, innovation leaders, or corporate partners.
- Experience executing campaigns across email, social, content, webinars, and events.
- Strong writing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and execute with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign results and identify opportunities for improvements, and use data to optimize marketing efforts.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the higher education, research commercialization, technology transfer, or innovation ecosystem.
- Experience with B2B SaaS marketing.
- Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, webinar, automation, and analytics platforms.
- Interest in AI, emerging technology, and innovation.
This is a full-time, remote-first position with an annual salary range of $70,000–$90,000 USD, paid twice monthly. Employees receive an unlimited paid time off policy and are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
