In This Role You Will

• Speak with clients who have requested information about coverage options
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone and Zoom
• Present product information clearly and professionally
• Manage client communication and follow-up
• Maintain organized client records within CRM systems
• Participate in training and team development meetings
• Maintain licensing and compliance standards

Ideal Candidates

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and CRM systems
• Organized and able to manage multiple client interactions
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health license
