The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential customers, scheduling appointments, maintaining customer records, and ensuring follow-up communications. The role also includes providing product information to customers and working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions. Applicants must live in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts or Connecticut. Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience is not required as we train you how to set and on our CRM
- Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working remotely and maintaining productivity
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
