Founding Growth & Content Partner — ExamCrush

ExamCrush is looking for a highly aggressive Growth & Content Partner to own our U.S. TikTok growth engine.

The goal is simple: turn TikTok into a massive acquisition channel for ExamCrush.

You’ll build and manage the entire content pipeline — from finding winning content angles and recruiting/managing creators to scripting, production, publishing, testing, and scaling.

What you’ll own

* Build a content machine capable of producing up to 1,000+ videos/month

* Develop high-volume TikTok content strategies specifically for the U.S. market

* Recruit and manage creators, editors, UGC creators, and content operators

* Identify viral formats, hooks, trends, and angles that drive app installs

* Test hundreds of creative concepts and aggressively double down on winners

* Build systems for scripting, editing, approvals, publishing, and performance tracking

* Turn successful videos into repeatable content formats

* Work directly with the founding team to drive massive user acquisition and revenue growth

Who we want

You should already understand how TikTok works at scale.

We’re looking for someone who has experience with high-volume content production, UGC, creator networks, TikTok growth, or performance marketing.

You don’t need to be a traditional marketer. You need to be an operator who can build a content machine and make it produce results.

The opportunity

This is an early-stage founding-level role with significant ownership and upside.

If you can help us build a U.S. content engine that consistently generates millions of views and converts that attention into hundreds of thousands of ExamCrush users, you’ll have a major role in building the company.
