Role Description

The Online Marketing Specialist will design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to grow brand awareness and member engagement for Europe Luxs®. This full-time remote role involves managing online channels, including email, social media, and paid campaigns, as well as tracking performance metrics and reporting on results. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing content, coordinating with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives, and identifying new digital opportunities to reach relevant audiences. The specialist will also support lead generation, nurture prospective members, and ensure a consistent, premium brand presence across all online touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Online Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to create, manage, and optimize content across relevant platforms.
• Sales-related skills to support lead generation, prospect nurturing, and collaboration with business development teams.
• Experience with analytics tools, campaign tracking, and performance reporting to inform data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in luxury, financial services, or high-net-worth client environments is an advantage.
