Role Description The Director of Revenue Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing revenue performance across Estrada Financial’s services and client segments. This role includes developing and implementing revenue strategies, monitoring revenue streams, and conducting detailed revenue and margin analyses to inform pricing, product mix, and sales initiatives. The Director will collaborate with leadership and sales teams to forecast revenue, establish budgeting targets, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial reports, tracking key performance indicators, creating revenue management dashboards, and preparing executive summaries and recommendations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while supporting continuous improvements in financial planning and revenue processes.

- Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or related fields, preferably in a revenue-focused leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
