Role Overview

eNGINE is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation within a manufacturing environment. With multiple implementations underway and approximately two years remaining on the transformation roadmap, this role will bring structure, coordination, and accountability to a complex program as it progresses toward successful delivery.

Working alongside an established internal PMO, implementation partners, and cross-functional project teams, you will lead the project management team while maintaining direct ownership of core project management responsibilities. A major priority will be coordinating resource plans across workstreams and subprojects, ensuring dependencies are understood and the right people are available at the right time.

You will help drive execution across a significant transformation initiative involving teams of 50+ people, annual project budget of $9+ million. This is an opportunity for an experienced D365 Project Manager who can step into an active program, strengthen execution, and keep a complex implementation moving toward completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project managers and coordinate execution across multiple Dynamics 365 implementation workstreams and related initiatives.
  • Own integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations across the broader transformation roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain resource plans that identify capacity constraints, competing priorities, staffing gaps, and upcoming needs across teams.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, technical teams, and business leaders to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Personally manage day-to-day project management activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, preparing status reports, tracking action items, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Provide clear visibility into project health, progress, risks, issues, and decisions requiring escalation.
  • Identify schedule conflicts, delivery risks, and roadblocks early, then drive resolution with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent reporting and planning practices across project managers and workstreams.
  • Work within established program governance and delivery methodologies while identifying practical improvements that strengthen execution.
  • Support implementation readiness, testing, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
  • Keep project priorities aligned with business objectives, delivery commitments, and budget expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on project management experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations.
  • Significant experience managing complex ERP implementations, ideally from initial planning through deployment and go-live.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale programs involving multiple workstreams, project managers, vendors, and cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Strong resource planning and capacity management skills, including coordinating staffing needs across concurrent projects and workstreams.
  • Expertise in project scheduling, dependency management, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and delivery reporting.
  • A hands-on approach to project management, with the ability and willingness to manage execution details as well as lead the broader team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to establish accountability and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Ability to enter an established program, understand its current state, and improve execution without unnecessarily disrupting existing governance or processes.

Preferred Experience

  • Background managing transformation programs involving approximately 50–100 team members and multimillion-dollar annual project budgets.
  • Experience coordinating internal PMOs and external implementation partners.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations with shared technical and business resources.
