Job Description

ABOUT US

Domestique is a hands-on Revenue Operations consultancy built by operators who like to roll up their sleeves and challenge assumptions. We partner with high-growth companies generating $5M to $100M in ARR to reduce operational friction and create stronger alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Our work helps teams build revenue engines that are repeatable, predictable, and profitable.

Our approach is practical, data-driven, and tailored to each client. We prioritize outcomes over hours, believe in an integrated lifestyle, and bring curiosity, accountability, and a healthy sense of humor to everything we do. If architecting scalable systems, leveraging AI responsibly, and turning strategy into working infrastructure energizes you, you will feel right at home here.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior GTM Engineer, you will architect and implement AI-forward systems that power modern go-to-market teams. This is a senior, hands-on builder role for someone who understands revenue strategy but prefers building over presenting.

You will work closely with Domestique consultants and client GTM leaders to translate GTM strategy into scalable system design. From tech stack rationalization and data architecture to AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows, you will design and implement the infrastructure that drives measurable revenue outcomes.

This role requires technical depth, strong systems thinking, and accountability for execution. You must be comfortable zooming out to design the right architecture and zooming in to build it cleanly.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design the GTM systems architecture: Translate revenue strategy into an end-to-end GTM tech stack roadmap. Evaluate current systems, identify redundancies and gaps, rationalize tooling, and design scalable infrastructure that supports growth.
  • Own implementation from roadmap to reality: Execute against the GTM technology roadmap by configuring systems, building automations, integrating tools, and deploying AI solutions. This role is accountable for delivery—not just recommendations.
  • Architect AI-enabled workflows: Design and deploy scalable workflows that leverage AI to improve prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, forecasting, attribution, reporting, and internal enablement.
  • Build automation across the revenue stack: Develop and maintain integrations using tools like Clay, Make, n8n, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks to eliminate manual work and increase data reliability.
  • Deploy AI in practical, measurable ways: Implement solutions using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs to enhance segmentation, messaging, scoring, research, forecasting, and decision support.
  • Operationalize Domestique best practices: Embed our RevOps frameworks into clean, scalable system design that improves usability, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance: Design systems that balance speed with structure, protecting data quality while enabling experimentation.
  • Document and enable adoption: Produce clear documentation and system maps so teams can confidently operate and scale what has been built.

SAMPLE CLIENT PROJECT

  • Design and deploy a unified GTM tech stack roadmap for a $30M ARR SaaS company. Rationalize overlapping tools, implement AI-powered enrichment and outbound workflows in Clay, integrate systems via Make and HubSpot APIs, automate lead routing and forecasting logic, and deliver executive dashboards that provide real-time revenue visibility.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

Within 15 Days

  • Build strong working relationships with internal teammates and assigned clients.
  • Complete onboarding across Domestique frameworks, GTM best practices, and AI implementation standards.
  • Audit client tech stacks and identify high-leverage automation and AI opportunities.

Within 30 Days

  • Deliver initial AI-driven workflows that reduce manual work and improve GTM visibility.
  • Present a clear GTM systems architecture roadmap for assigned clients.
  • Implement measurable system improvements that increase efficiency or data reliability.

Within 60 Days

  • Independently architect and implement end-to-end GTM system improvements with minimal oversight.
  • Launch scalable AI-enabled workflows tied directly to revenue impact.
  • Be viewed by clients as the technical authority on AI-enabled revenue operations and GTM infrastructure.

NEED TO HAVE

  • Experience: 7+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Growth Engineering, Marketing Operations, or a similar technical GTM role.
  • AI fluency: Hands-on experience implementing AI tools such as Clay, Make, n8n, Zapier, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms in real production environments.
  • Technical depth: Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, automation logic, data mapping, system integrations, and prompt design.
  • CRM expertise: Strong experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
  • Systems mindset: Ability to design scalable architecture across the full GTM tech stack—not just configure point tools.
  • Analytical rigor: Able to tie technical implementations back to revenue outcomes and measurable business impact.
  • Communication skills: Able to clearly explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience building AI-driven outbound or enrichment engines
  • Familiarity with modern data infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, reverse ETL tools)
  • Background supporting high-growth SaaS or B2B organizations
  • Experience working in a fractional or agency environment
  • Exposure to prompt engineering frameworks and LLM evaluation methods

SCHEDULE

  • Flexible, client-facing schedule
  • Remote-first environment
  • Hourly model - work when you want and where you want. Just don't miss a deadline, deliverable or meeting

BENEFITS

  • Tech stipend to purchase your own computer
  • Health insurance and 401(k)
  • Investment in your professional development through feedback, growth roadmaps, and opportunities for ongoing career advancement

PAY

  • $85-$100 per hour
