This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales leadership, partner development, and market execution.

You drive growth, open territories, build strategic accounts, and support local mobility operators.

And a connector with deep understanding of how to activate and scale a regional mobility network.

Key Responsibilities1. Market Strategy & Expansion• Lead market analysis, segmentation, and prioritization for targeted ZIP codes.• Build regional go-to-market plans aligned with ISSINE ecosystem strategy.• Identify and open high-potential territories for tire shops, installers, fleets, and delivery networks.• Oversee ZIP-code activation and territory rollout.2. Sales Leadership & Pipeline Growth• Drive B2B acquisition for garages, installers, vendors, and wholesalers.• Build and manage a high-performance sales pipeline.• Oversee outreach, demos, negotiations, and conversion processes.• Achieve subscription, vendor, and operator activation targets.3. Strategic Partnerships• Identify key industry partners: wholesalers, fleets, service brands, logistics firms.• Lead contract discussions with partner leadership teams.• Build scalable partnership programs across the mobility ecosystem.4. Franchise & Regional Partner Enablement• Work closely with Regional Partners and Franchisees.• Provide training on sales, operations, and customer acquisition.• Support traction-building strategies for early partners.5. Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with:• DIEL Digital (platform operations & CRM)

DIEL MS (marketing & activation)

DIEL Fin (partnership structuring)

DIEL Delivery (driver onboarding & last-mile operations)

Ensure coordinated execution across digital, operational, and market functions.

6. Market Intelligence & Reporting• Track market performance, KPIs, and competitive intelligence.• Recommend product improvements, pricing adjustments, and service enhancements.• Report regularly to ISSINE and DIEL leadership.Who You Are• 5+ years in sales, business development, mobility, automotive, logistics, or multi-location operations• Strong ability to open new markets, recruit partners, and build networks• Experience with field sales, partner acquisition, or franchise-like models• Comfortable leading negotiations with shops, vendors, and strategic buyers• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven personality• Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong asset)Preferred Experience• Automotive aftermarket• Logistics or delivery operations• SaaS and digital transformation• Franchise development• Vendor and wholesale partnerships• Tire/garage service industry knowledge• Territory management and sales leadershipCompensation & GrowthCompensation includes:• Performance-based commissions• Activation bonuses• Strategic partnership incentives• Leadership pathway opportunitiesHigh performers may advance to:• Regional Director• Franchise Development Lead• Strategic Partnership Lead• National Sales ManagerLocation• Houston (Primary Market)• Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso• Atlanta Metro (expansion)• Los Angeles, San Diego, Bay Area, Sacramento• Additional mobility markets as assigned
