Treasury Management Specialist

Position: Treasury Management SpecialistLocation: RemotePay Rate: $35/hr to $40/hrJob Details

"Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Works directly with Clients via phone

2. Provides technical and product support of systems and procedures within Treasury Solutions

3. Provides client outreach and support for various migrations or changes impacting client use of Treasury products

4. Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and client testing of application upgrades/changes

5. Ability to diagnose and resolve more complex user issues and provide user training

6. Documents system issues and resolutions and escalates to team lead/manager when necessary

7. Adheres to and follows all applicable policies and procedures

8. Proactively escalates issues and risks to leadership's attention

Required Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent work experience

2. 6+ years of customer service experience handling in-person level conversations

3. 5+ years of technical support experience

4. Strong organizational and communication/grammar skills - both written and verbal

5. Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred skills

"Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology or Accounting

Experience in banking, financial services, treasury and/or cash management

Experience in ACH, Wire, SWIFT and Lockbox banking applications

Experience in Bottomline applications

Experience in Commercial ane merchant card"
