Due to our rapid growth, we are adding an experienced Dental Industry Recruiter to support the success and growth of private dental practices as well as groups across the country. This is a professional recruiter role that requires a true hunter. Most of the hires for your current and previous roles will have come from networking and outreach, not from job postings. What you’ll bring to the team (ALL must be met for consideration):
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Minimum of three (3+) years of experience as a Dental Industry Recruiter; only candidates with this background will currently be given consideration
- Both corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Tech savvy – experience with Microsoft and Google products, applicant tracking systems, job sites, social media, and Claude; HubSpot experience would be a bonus
- Active in the dental industry and on social media, specifically LinkedIn
- Must have a competitive spirit and be self-motivated, solution-oriented, open-minded, and disciplined to follow a daily routine for success.
- A genuine passion for positioning others for a long-term successful career
- A private, professional home office setup for this 100% remote position– high speed internet, laptop with high-speed capabilities, multiple monitors, camera, etc
- Stable work history demonstrated on your resume – no more than 3 employers in the last 8 years
