Senior Product Marketing Manager
Remote | Full-Time (Must be US resident)
Salary: 140-160k base + bonus + full benefits including 100% paid h/care and unlimited PTO
This is an opportunity to join a high growth SaaS startup which is a leader in its field.
We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our market positioning, messaging, and customer narrative. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will translate product strategy and customer insights into compelling stories, sales enablement assets, and go-to-market messaging that drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve company positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Develop deep customer, persona, and market insights
- Create website copy, sales collateral, presentations, and customer-facing content
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and leadership teams
- Build sales enablement resources, including presentations, battlecards, and objection-handling guides
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to strengthen differentiation
- Lead product and service launch messaging and enablement
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
- Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills
- Expertise in positioning, market narratives, and value proposition development
- Strong experience partnering with Sales and Product teams
- Proven ability to simplify complex solutions and communicate customer value
- Experience creating sales enablement and customer-facing content
- Analytical, strategic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing SaaS solutions to accounting firms or professional services organizations
- Startup or early-stage SaaS experience
- Experience with product or company repositioning initiatives
- Background marketing both software products and managed services
