It's about outcomes: 50 students, summer 2026, Austin, TX. You will have complete latitude—autonomy, budget, defined targets—and full accountability. - Designing and managing a high-performing recruitment funnel targeting MIT and Stanford CS/ML students, from first contact through offer acceptance
- Taking full ownership of logistics for every on-campus recruiting event—room reservations, catering orders, and printed materials
- Making frequent trips to MIT and Stanford to facilitate live sessions, information presentations, and high-impact engagements with students and faculty
- Executing a rigorous, data-informed campaign: tracking outreach scale, event turnout, assessment progression, and final enrollment yield
- Serving as the on-campus representative of the Alpha AI Engineer internship—accessible, well-organized, and trustworthy
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Depending on employer brand or HR teams to generate interest—you control the entire process, start to finish
- Visiting campuses sporadically or conducting passive recruiting—this demands intensive, continuous engagement
- Delegating logistics to support staff—you will reserve venues, ship promotional items, and arrange food services yourself
- Adhering to standard business hours—critical windows align with student availability: evenings, weekends, exam periods
Talent Acquisition Partner Key Responsibilities Secure a complete, high-quality Alpha AI Engineer internship cohort (50+ acceptances) from Stanford and MIT by May 2026 via direct outreach, campus events, and end-to-end application funnel oversight. Basic Requirements
- 1+ years in college recruiting, admissions, or event-driven outreach roles
- Track record of success in high-volume outreach and student activation
- Confirmed capability to independently manage multifaceted event logistics
- Strong communicator, exceptionally organized, highly self-motivated
- US-based with flexibility to travel regularly to Stanford and MIT
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Degree from Stanford or MIT
- Prior recruiting experience in CS/ML or similar technical talent pipelines
- History in sales, campaign management, or startup operations
