You won't just maintain systems—you'll build them from scratch. Your financial dashboards will expose blind spots. Your onboarding protocols will eliminate errors. Your regulatory strategies will open new states. Your campus builds will set records. This is high-stakes, high-velocity execution where results—not meetings—define success. What You Will Be Doing

  • Own and master one of our five operational pillars: Authorization, Build-Out, Platforms, Finance, or PMO
  • Architect solutions to novel challenges using AI, automation, and rapid iteration cycles
  • Create scalable documentation and systems that maintain excellence across dozens of campuses
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments including vendors, regulators, and school staff
  • Deploy to campuses as needed to implement, test, and refine your operational innovations

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Submitting tickets and waiting for technical solutions—you'll build your own automations
  • Creating theoretical processes that look good on paper but fail in practice
  • Working in isolation from headquarters—expect hands-on field deployment
  • Designing strategies for others to execute—you own implementation and outcomes

Director Of Operations & Automation Key Responsibilities Own and deliver exceptional outcomes within your assigned operations pillar by architecting systems that enable rapid school expansion with uncompromising quality, speed, and AI-native precision. Basic Requirements

  • North America-based with capability to travel 25-75% as operational demands require
  • 5+ years of proven performance in high-velocity, autonomous operations roles
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and precise written communication
  • Demonstrated bias for action with high ownership and minimal ego
  • Specialized experience in at least one core domain: regulatory compliance, facilities management, enterprise SaaS deployment, financial planning, or technical vendor management
  • Advanced AI utilization skills—you leverage AI tools with the fluency others bring to spreadsheets
  • Proven track record building automation systems and optimized workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly master new domains (legal, finance, compliance, systems)
