About the Role - The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution, optimization, and ongoing administration of the company's HubSpot CRM platform. This role serves as the primary system administrator and is accountable for ensuring CRM functionality, data integrity, and operational reliability. Working closely with Sales, Leadership, and technical partners, this position focuses on high-quality execution, system maintenance, and process optimization in support of business objectives. Strategic priorities are established by leadership; this role is responsible for translating those priorities into effective CRM workflows, automation, reporting, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day administrator for HubSpot, managing and fulfilling CRM requests from Sales and Leadership
- Build, maintain, and optimize CRM components including emails, workflows, automations, sequences, pipelines, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure CRM data integrity through regular cleaning, validation, deduplication, and standardization, including email validation and Do Not Contact (DNC) compliance
- Monitor lifecycle stages, lead routing, and pipeline health to proactively identify and resolve data or process issues
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM workflows, reporting, and lead management processes to enhance system performance and usability
- Partner with internal technical teams and external vendors to manage integrations and connected tools, including APIs, webhooks, chatbots, AI tools, and automation platforms
- Maintain documentation, best practices, and system governance to support long-term scalability and compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Technical Operations
- Advanced, hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, automation, reporting, and sequences
- Demonstrated experience owning CRM execution and data hygiene for teams that do not self-manage the system
- Strong working knowledge of data validation, deduplication, list management, and compliance requirements (including DNC and email standards)
- Experience working with integrations and technical tools such as HTML, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks, and collaborating with technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with chatbots, AI tools, or advanced automation platforms
- Familiarity with CRM governance, process documentation, and system scalability best practices
Job location: Remote - must be local to Dallas, Tx
*For the first four weeks, this position requires being at our Dallas office location Monday through Friday for training.
