This is a remote/work-from-home role, but you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team. Daily tasks include serving customers through live chat, interacting with clients via Zoom, and helping club admins succeed with CourtReserve. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You’ll need a computer with a camera and reliable internet capable of supporting consistent video calls. - Full-Time: 40 hours/week
This is a Remote position. Employees are responsible for creating a professional work environment that is conducive to productivity, free from significant distractions, and equipped with the necessary technology and tools. Hours
- Option 1: Monday through Friday 9-5pm Pacific/12-8pm Eastern
- Option 2: Wednesday through Sunday 6-2pm Pacific/9-5pm Eastern
- Please Note: During the initial training period of up to sixty days, work hours will be 6-2pm Pacific/9-5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday.

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through our live chat platform.
- Maintain a responsive and trustworthy attitude to build effective communication.
- Provide grammatically correct and clear responses to address issues, offer solutions, or escalate support needs.
- Utilize team tools to enhance team success.
- Continuously expand product knowledge through active learning.
- Be flexible with additional tasks, such as phone support, email support, and writing help articles.
- Accept constructive feedback with an open mindset, ask questions, and adapt to new tools or techniques.
- Be a great teammate and actively contribute to the team environment.
