Position Summary
The Digital Member Engagement Specialist at Core Affinity is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth within the association and B2B markets.
This role blends campaign strategy with hands-on execution—particularly in email marketing, lifecycle automation, and digital experience design. You will own and evolve our email and marketing engines, ensure consistent and compelling brand experiences across touchpoints, and partner closely with Sales, Data, and Leadership to turn insights into growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative—equally comfortable building automation workflows and designing beautiful, intuitive customer experiences.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, and digital channels
- Own the design and execution of B2B email and lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, automation, testing, and optimization
- Align campaigns with sales initiatives, program growth targets, and seasonal market opportunities
- Measure campaign performance and continuously improve conversion, engagement, and pipeline impact
Email Marketing & Automation
- Manage and optimize email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Build and maintain automated nurture flows, onboarding sequences, and re-engagement campaigns
- Maintain list hygiene, segmentation strategies, and deliverability best practices
- Use A/B testing and analytics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and downstream conversion
Design & Digital Assets
- Design and maintain high-quality visual assets for email, web, digital campaigns, and our custom Marketplace
- Ensure a consistent, intuitive, and conversion-optimized user experience across marketing touchpoints
- Collaborate with Sales and association clients to align user experience between marketing and in-product journeys
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline growth and enablement efforts
- Work with Product to translate features and value into compelling messaging and positioning
- Collaborate with leadership to define priorities, goals, and success metrics
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, attribution, and ROI
- Use data to inform decision-making and guide continuous improvement
- Maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into marketing effectiveness
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing B2B email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Strong skills in graphic design and visual communication (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)
- Deep understanding of UX and conversion-oriented design principles
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to balance creative execution with analytical rigor
