Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lease Administrator with 2-5 years experience. The Lease Administrator will manage lease documentation, administer lease agreements, and ensure compliance with lease terms. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate property management records, communicating effectively with stakeholders, reviewing lease contracts, and identifying discrepancies or areas for resolution.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience and good references
- Proficiency in Lease Documentation and the ability to interpret and analyze lease agreements
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, landlords, and team members
- Background in Property Management or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with financial and legal aspects of commercial lease agreements is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
