Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financing needs, and guiding them through the loan process. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, providing timely and accurate finance-related information, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in account management, customer relationship building, and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively explain financial solutions.
• Knowledge of commercial lending processes, including SBA loans, conventional, and non-conventional debt financing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
