The Role
We're looking for a Technical Implementation Manager (remote) to join our growing team and take ownership of customer implementation projects and the technical work required to connect customer systems to SprocketAI.
This role sits at the intersection of project management, data integration, training, and customer-facing problem-solving.
You'll lead integration projects with customers, working directly with their operational and IT teams to connect ERP systems, databases, file shares, and other data sources to the SprocketAI data warehouse. You'll lead implementation calls, coordinate technical requirements, configure and validate established integrations, conduct trainings, troubleshoot issues, and manage implementations from kickoff through launch.
You’ll also support clients in understanding how to use the SprocketAI platform, and how to take advantage of new modules and feature capabilities as they’re released.
You'll also own ongoing updates to existing integrations: adding fields or tables, adapting data pipelines to customer-specific requirements, developing data-cleaning methods, and verifying that customer data is complete and accurate. You'll use modern AI agents alongside conventional tools to evaluate data, inspect SQL schemas, analyze pipelines, and accelerate troubleshooting and implementation work.
You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable working directly with technical systems. You should be able to navigate Linux environments, connect to servers over SSH, work with SQL and relational data, and use Python for practical data-processing tasks. And you should be comfortable working directly with clients to understand their requirements and translate that into effective integrations.
Experience with one or more ERP systems and exposure to the manufacturing industry is a plus.

What you'll do
- Lead customer integration projects from technical discovery and kickoff through validation and launch.
- Gather technical requirements, manage implementation plans, and coordinate open items and follow-ups across customer and internal teams.
- Collaborate with customer IT teams on database credentials, service accounts, network security, firewall rules, ports, VPN or remote access, and other requirements needed for secure server and data access.
- Connect ERP, MES, CMMS, QMS, file shares, databases, APIs, and other operational systems to the SprocketAI data warehouse using established integration patterns and tools.
- Configure and validate customer data pipelines, including joins, mappings, transformations, and other customer-specific adaptations.
- Update existing integrations as customer requirements change, including adding fields, tables, data sources, and new transformation logic.
- Develop practical data-cleaning and normalization methods and verify the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of customer data.
- Investigate failed or stuck integrations, data discrepancies, connectivity problems, and related implementation issues; resolve routine issues and escalate novel or complex problems when appropriate.
- Work directly in Linux and remote server environments, including using SSH and command-line tools to inspect services, files, logs, configuration, and integration processes.
- Use Python, SQL, and AI agents to evaluate datasets, inspect SQL schemas, analyze and troubleshoot pipelines, and make implementation work faster and more reliable.
