Job Description

Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $60 - 63 per hour We are seeking a Visual/UI Designer to join the AI Research team, where you'll help craft pioneering, world-class experiences at the intersection of CRM and Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will define the look and feel of high-impact demos and web interfaces across mobile and desktop platforms. You'll be part of a forward-thinking group of product managers, scientists, engineers, and marketers who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the AI landscape. Our team drives innovation by contributing to premier academic conferences and securing patents. We integrate our findings directly into products to power the world's leading AI CRM. By bridging the gap between deep research and product development, we stay ahead of the curve. We thrive on a culture of experimentation, using rigorous research to shape the long-term vision of our product roadmap. Responsibilities:

  • Design Intelligent Interfaces: Partner with technical and product leads to build demos and UIs that balance advanced technical capability with seamless, intuitive usability.
  • Elevate Digital Presence: Work alongside the marketing team to refine and expand the AI Research web footprint, including our primary portal and research blog.
  • Craft Visual Assets: Develop a wide range of assets-including social media content, presentation decks, and branding-ensuring a polished and cohesive visual identity.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Create everything from initial wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, moving swiftly from a rough idea to executive alignment.
  • Maintain Design Standards: Operate within existing design frameworks while providing the insights necessary to evolve and sharpen those standards.
  • Strategic Communication: Articulate your design decisions effectively to both specialized researchers and broad business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Portfolio: A compelling body of work showcasing end-to-end UI and visual design, spanning from initial sketches to finalized products.
  • Technical Agility: Comfortable with front-end development or "vibe-coding"; you have the skills to build or fix a prototype to get the job done.
  • Design Mastery: Mastery of Figma is essential, complemented by a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
