We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to support a critical year-end compensation review cycle. This temporary role will focus on refining job architecture, conducting a comprehensive benchmarking exercise, and ensuring compensation practices are aligned with market standards. This will be a 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the year-end compensation review process.
- Conduct a large-scale benchmarking analysis to align roles with market data.
- Assist in refining and implementing job architecture frameworks.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure consistency and equity across roles.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on compensation trends and data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in compensation analysis and benchmarking.
- Familiarity with job architecture and market pricing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with compensation tools or platforms is a plus.
