Company DescriptionCarson Unroe Consulting is seeking a Full-Time Business Development Partner (Commission-Only) to help drive new client acquisition for our digital marketing and SEO services.

This role is ideal for someone who wants full-time work, schedule freedom, and uncapped earning potential. You will be reaching out to small businesses, real estate groups, and service-based entrepreneurs to introduce our services and book qualified calls.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Partner. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and facilitating sales. Additional responsibilities include engaging in consulting projects, providing leadership training, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects to meet client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
  • Book qualified intro calls with business owners and decision-makers
  • Present and explain our core offers (SEO, website optimization, copywriting)
  • Maintain follow-ups with warm leads
  • Share feedback from the market to help refine outreach strategies

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Leadership Development and Training
  • Proficiency in Project Management with strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability in Sales and business development to drive revenue growth
  • Experience in Consulting and providing tailored solutions to clients
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in system-based organizations or technology consulting is advantageous

Compensation

  • Commission-only structure (no base salary at this time)
  • High-percentage commission on every client you help close
  • Recurring commissions for clients you originate
  • Uncapped earnings based on performance
  • Designed as a full-time role with flexibility and remote work
