Role Description The Brand Director is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy across all channels and touchpoints. This role oversees brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing brand campaigns, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams, guiding market planning, and analyzing brand performance metrics. The Brand Director will lead market research initiatives to understand audience needs, monitor competitive activity, and identify opportunities for brand growth. This role also involves mentoring team members, managing external agencies or partners, and presenting brand plans and results to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong Brand Strategy and Brand Management skills, with experience defining brand positioning and overseeing brand architecture.
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Brand Marketing to design and execute integrated brand campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Ability to conduct and interpret Market Research to guide brand decisions and assess audience insights and competitive dynamics.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and collaborating in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling brand narratives.
- Experience using analytics and KPIs to measure brand performance and optimize strategies.
- Background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; leadership experience in a senior brand or marketing role is highly beneficial.
