The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, incident management, AWS, SQL, and financial services environments. Required Skills

• 6+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in AWS and on-prem environments
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and production support experience
• Expert SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift)
• Experience analyzing complex business and system issues
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and resolve application/infrastructure issues
• Analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes
• Support application testing, system monitoring, and health checks
