HR Director - (Remote)Opportunity      

Looking for a Human Resources Consultant with experience managing and recruiting staff, ready to up level their learning and development game. We are seeking to attract a driven, forward-thinking, results driven individual with extensive experience as a HR consultant looking for a change. We're a Digital Marketing Company with a variety of small business clients, in a variety of businesses. We help them develop marketing strategies, build web sites, create marketing funnels, capture and process leads in a CRM, nurture leads and creating online sales, plus many other digital marketing services. We help small business grow and expand. We are seeking a go-getter with proven skills looking to be more self reliant and in control, to join us and jump into the exciting field of learning and development.

Skills & Experience

  • Ideally, you'll have 8+ years experience in Business Development, Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition – either working for a company or as a freelancer.
  • It's important to have a real passion for learning & personal development and helping people with their careers.
  • We're looking for someone with great English communication and relationship-building skills. If you can give a good presentation, that's even better!
  • You should be self-motivated and really want to grow in this role.
  • We need someone who enjoys working with individuals to guide and mentor them.
  • This is a performance based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
