You will have the opportunity to help a growing consulting firm while being fully remote (working from home). The ideal candidate will have 3.5-6+ years of SEC (10-K, 10-Q, etc.) experience coming from a public accounting firm.
Responsibilities:
- Help prepare the core financials (10-K, 10-Q, etc.)
- Assist with the footnotes, supplementary info, etc.
- Help with the core analysis, the flux analysis, KPI's, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to create a more value-added set of financials, company analysis, etc.
- Create meaningful recommendations based on key findings, analysis, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3.5-6+ years of relevant SEC experience with a public accounting form
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
