• Facilitate comprehensive patient care navigation by managing referrals, verifying insurance eligibility and coverage, and securing necessary authorizations for services.
• Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, ensuring adherence to network requirements and timely scheduling.
• Maintain expert knowledge of referral policies, payer requirements, and managed care protocols to determine patient financial responsibility.
• Serve as the primary point of communication between patients, providers, and third-party payers regarding insurance status and potential barriers to care.
• Accurately document all authorization, coverage, and appointment details in the patient's medical record.

Education What minimum requirements you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience

• 1+ years related experience required.
